Do I need to come shampooed?
No please do not shampoo or manipulate your scalp. If you have a protective style please take down the style and detangle your hair.
Can I bring someone to my appointment?
This is meant to be a relaxing and luxurious experience, please do not bring any other guests. If you are being dropped off your driver CANNOT wait in the salon while you are being serviced.
I'm running late, can I still come?
All clients have a 10 minute grace period in case of an emergency. A $25 late fee is applied thereafter. After 20 minutes you will be required to reschedule which is then categorized as a same day cancellation in which the cost of all services booked is now due. NO services will be rendered.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
All first time clients MUST pay a deposit equal to 50% of the new client service booked.
I'm a new client and I already have a relaxer and a cut, can I book for a style only?
In order to ensure both parties are pleased with the results all first time clients MUST book a new client experience. This allows your stylist to do all things necessary in order to deliver according to the brand standard.
Is my deposit refundable if I cancel?
Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Before booking an appointment please make sure the date you choose works for you.
